I installed Web Crossing as a CGI to IIS. When I attempt to access, my browser opens a SAVE dialog box. Why?

You have not properly configured your web server to permit SCRIPTS and EXECUTABLES to run in your scripts directory (or where ever you installed webx.dll to). Open you ISM, navigate to the proper directory, and set the "Permissions" to "Execute (including script)"
