How do I obtain and install new chat JAVA applets?

Answer

New chat applets are available from ftp://ftp.lundeen.com/pub/WebCrossing/WBChat/

Expand the latest archive.

To install, delete all of the old chat applets found in your "wbchat" directory (typically ..\webx\html\images\wbchat) and copy the new applets into the "wbchat" directory.
