What does Path Not Found mean?

Answer

For the most part this message is self explanatory: the location requested does not exist. It could have been deleted, or perhaps due to a typo or macro error, the location ID has been malformed.

However if this error presents itself when requesting a Chat Room, it means there is an access list on the chat room, and the requesting user probably has not logged in to Web Crossing yet (Guest Access restricted).

You should alter your hyperlink to request the login form first, then after login continue on to the chat (example):

http://yoursite.com/WebX?15@@196@.chatLocationID

where chatLocationID would be substituted with the correct location of your chatroom (looks something like .ef16b40).

15 = login, 196=enter chatroom
