What does the "Total playing time" miliseconds setting for playback do?

This setting allows you to pad the playback time of a chat record file. Padding occurs at the END of the chat session if the clip is not long enough, but it will play at least the entire clip regardless.

This settings does not truncate! If you wish to truncate you will need to modify the playback file directly.
