Can I restart Email Queue?

Is there anyway to restart/reset the email queue and mail functions?

Answer

Yes, simply enter the Email Services control panel as SYSOP (this will not work for "superhosts"), change nothing, and just click "OK". This will restart the queue completely and reset the various POP/IMAP/SMTP ports as well.

You will see entries in your Email Status page similar to the following:
