Can Web Crossing be made to work in Spanish, French, etc?

Answer

Web Crossing versions prior to 5.0 do not support any foreign languages directly. By modifying the webx.tpl file you can translate it into any language including two-byte languages like Japanese and right-to-left languages like Arabic. Web Crossing is currently running in many languages.

The only exceptions to this are administrative (sysop) pages.

With version 5.0+ you can "localize" nearly all Web Crossing pages to another language quite easily, via the Control Panel Localization Manager. See http://harbor.elliptics.com/Images/docs/syswcms.htm#Localizing
